A minimum non returnable deposit of 25% or £10 (whichever is the greater) is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your final bill.
We can pick up and drop off your cat, should it be more convenient. We do make a small charge for this; the following charges are per trip:
Within a 5 mile radius £5
Within a 10 mile radius £10
Less than three days stay is permissible but our minimum charge is for three days, with the exception of Christmas when the minimum charge is for 5 days.
Full payment must be made on collection of your cat. Payment can be made by cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card) or cash. We reserve the right to keep your cat until payment is made.
Prices are reviewed annually, with alterations commencing on 1st January each year.
If a cat is collected at an earlier date than booked for, fees will still be payable for the full period booked. This is necessary as we will have been unable to take other bookings for the period.
At least 21 days notice of cancellation is required. Cancellation with less than 21 days notice will be charged at the full rate.
As we are a small cattery and do not want to disappoint, we would suggest that you reserve as early as possible for peak times such as June, July, August, Bank Holidays and Christmas and New Year.
We are in a quiet village location, please park on our drive when visiting us.
Consideration for our neighbours is greatly appreciated.
